Another study was done over 12 weeks on Japanese adults.  The 144 participants were given a 1-2 tablespoons of ACV to drink every day. They were told that they didn’t need to change their diet whatsoever, but they couldn’t have any alcohol.

The group that consumed a tablespoon lost an average of 2.5 pounds, their triglycerides decreased by 26%, and their fat body dropped 7%.  The group that consumed two tablespoons lost an average of 3.5 pounds and their triglycerides decreased by 26%.
