  • ½ cup organic, home-pressed apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice from whole lemons
  • 1 teaspoon ginger juice
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/3 cup filtered or spring water

Tools needed:

  • tall glass or mug & spoon
  • small pan


  • First, pour the water in the pan and heat it up. Make sure it is cool enough so that you can drink it
  • Pour the water in a glass/ mug and add the sea salt. Stir well until the salt is fully dissolved
  • Add the apple juice, lemon juice, and ginger juice. Mix well
  • Drink the mixture ten minutes before each meal
