  • 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
  • 6 ounces of fresh ginger root


  • Grate the ginger or pass it through a juicer
  • Combine the ginger with the rest of the ingredients in a large container
  • Stir until the maple syrup has fully dissolved
  • Add ice and drink up
