  • Hydrate well to live longer

If you are failing to hydrate the body properly, you will become prone to symptomatic illnesses like skin dryness, fatigue, tiredness, disorientation, and headache. The body needs vitamin D for a healthy and long life. As there isn’t richer source of this nutrient than the sun, it is important to develop a healthy time outdoors.  Sunlight positively affects your brain and mental health too, as sun exposure boosts the development of serotonin.

The best way to do it is to get some beneficial sunlight in the early hours of the morning. Try to do your morning exercises outdoors before 10 a.m.

  • Maintain good relationship with your friends and family members
