Look up at the ceiling by tilting the head back at a 45-degree angle. Then, rotate the head to the right. Slide the bottom jaw forward and hold for about ten seconds before releasing. Repeat the steps above with the head turned toward the left.
Put a 10-inch ball on the top of a desk or table, and hold the ball in place using the area between the neck and the chin. Then, push it downward with the chin. Repeat 20-30 times.
Just like in the first exercise, look up at the ceiling by tilting the head back at a 45-degree angle. Lift the tongue upwards and hold it against the roof of the mouth. Hold for 10-15 seconds before releasing.
Straight Jaw Jit
Again, look up at the ceiling by tilting the head back at a 45-degree angle. Slide the jaw forward and hold for 10-15 seconds. Repeat and relax the jaw. Open the mouth wide in case you still feel tension, repeating if needed.
Open the eyes wide, keep the head straight, and stick the tongue out as far as you can. Curl it upwards and hold for 10-15 seconds before releasing.
